Minapharm is a keen advocate and sponsor of Hospice Egypt​​, a Josaab Foundation project which supports terminally-ill patients and their families in 4 governorates (Cairo, Giza, Qaliobia, and Sharkia). Hospice Egypt provides essential and free of charge services to patients during the most difficult time in their lives. These services include nursing, medical, social, psychological, bereavement, and recreational support. While Hospice Egypt's mobile hospice services can be provided to patients at their homes, the first stationary hospice building of its kind in Egypt has been established to receive patients who have no caregivers.

Hospice services are available worldwide mainly in developed countries, yet an immense need for them remains urgent and unfulfilled in developing countries such as Egypt. As part of Minapharm's social responsibility, the company has currently dedicated its resources to supporting Hospice Egypt to alleviate the suffering of thousands of terminally-ill patients and family members and continue helping patients after the role of medical treatment ends.
